Valentine's Day Accessory Ideas

I've always hated Valentine's Day. Crazy, right? And even though I've almost always had a significant other on the holiday, it still just felt like a sad excuse of a holiday to get gifts and force affection. I truly believe that real love shows affection year round and doesn't need a special holiday to prove it. Plus I hate how shitty it makes people feel who don’t have a special someone to share the day with. I’ve been there, too. 

What I do love about Valentine’s Day though is the tradition to wear shades of RED. The color of fire and passion. And might I add, my best color. There is something about wearing the color red that just makes me feel so empowered and fierce. And sexy as hell. 

This Valentine’s I’ll actually be at a huge meeting in Las Vegas for work, so I won’t get to spend it with the hubs. But I will be sporting my new red Calvin Klein dress that I’m super excited about. I would love to have a blush colored bag also.
